Darmé Terms of Use and Subscription Terms

Last updated: September 30, 2026

1. The service and its operator

Darmé is operated by BIIOUI DIGITAL - FZCO. Registered address: DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact contact@darme.app for support or a complaint. The Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information.

These terms govern use of Darmé. App-store terms also apply to purchases through Apple or Google. Mandatory consumer rights remain available regardless of these terms.

2. Adults only and account responsibilities

You must be 18 or older to create an account or use Darmé. You must provide accurate age information; Darmé does not verify identity documents or estimate your age from your face to establish eligibility. Do not create an account for a person under 18 or upload a child's photo for analysis.

Use an email address you control and protect your credentials. Give accurate information and do not impersonate someone else. You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the right to use it. The service is designed for your own skincare information.

Acceptance of these terms does not replace separate photo-analysis or Coach consent. Operating-system permission to access a camera or photo library also does not replace those choices.

3. Cosmetic information, not medical care

Darmé provides cosmetic skin-appearance readings, an automated Coach, product information, and routine and progress tools. The service does not diagnose, prevent, or treat disease and does not replace a healthcare professional. The Coach is an AI system, not a dermatologist reviewing your individual case.

Lighting, image quality, filters, makeup, and other factors can affect an analysis. Readings may vary between photos without a corresponding change in your skin. We do not guarantee clinical accuracy, a particular cosmetic outcome, or improvement within a stated time.

Do not use Darmé to evaluate a suspicious lesion, make a medical diagnosis, stop prescribed treatment, or delay professional care. Persistent or concerning symptoms should be discussed with a qualified professional. For an emergency, contact local emergency services.

4. Recommendations and product information

The Coach can be incomplete or wrong. A suggestion is not a guarantee that a product is suitable for you. Check the current product label, ingredients, directions, and warnings, particularly if you have a known allergy or are receiving treatment.

Product formulas, prices, and availability can change. A catalog price refers to a particular size, market, currency, and observation date; the seller determines the price and charges at purchase. A Darmé subscription does not include buying or delivering skincare products.

Product names and trademarks belong to their owners. A listing does not imply endorsement or a partnership. Darmé currently has no affiliate links, sponsored product placements, or paid brand partnerships. We do not receive compensation for ranking or recommending products. If this changes, we will update these terms and clearly disclose the relevant commercial relationship with the recommendation.

5. Free preview and paid access

For a successful analysis with all supported readings, the free preview displays the four lowest-scoring categories, with the remaining twelve locked. These are cosmetic indicators, not the four most serious medical problems. Missing or failed readings are not invented to complete the report.

A valid paid subscription provides access to the available full analysis, up to sixteen categories, and the Coach and recommendation features included in the plan. Usage limits and supported features are those disclosed in the app and purchase offer. No unlimited usage is promised by these terms.

Subscription access depends on the account's subscription status and expiration date. Cancellation of renewal ordinarily preserves access until the paid period ends. Expiration returns the account to the free preview. A refund or purchase revocation can affect access according to the store's decision and applicable law.

6. Purchases and renewal

Where offered, Darmé's US plans are US$6.99 per week and US$19.99 per month, and new subscribers to the monthly plan may start with a 3-day free trial where the store offers it (one trial per eligible store account). Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the plan you chose starts at the end of the trial and the store charges its price. Store availability, local currency, taxes, and displayed prices can vary. The actual purchase confirmation shows the applicable price, billing period, and renewal terms before you commit. A weekly price is not a monthly price.

Subscriptions renew unless renewal is canceled under the relevant store's rules. Review the renewal date in your Apple or Google account and cancel before renewal. An analysis consent, camera permission, or tap on a plan that has not completed the store purchase process is not authorization to charge you.

If an existing purchase is not recognized, use the available restore-purchase controls or contact support before purchasing again. Restoration requires a valid purchase and the correct account association; it is not a new purchase. Cross-platform access is subject to the supported account and store arrangements.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Manage and cancel an Apple subscription in your Apple account's subscription settings. Manage and cancel a Google Play subscription in Google Play's subscription settings. Deleting Darmé or deleting your account does not itself cancel store renewal.

Cancellation and a refund are different: cancellation concerns future renewal; a refund concerns an amount already charged. Apple purchase refunds can be requested through Apple's refund service. For Google Play purchases, use Google Play's refund instructions. Refund eligibility depends on applicable rights and the store's rules; these terms do not exclude a mandatory refund or other consumer remedy.

For a service problem, contact Darmé with the platform, approximate date, and error message. Do not send a payment-card number, password, or verification code.

8. Your information and deletion

You retain your rights in the content you provide. You allow Darmé to store and process it only as needed for the service you request, your choices, and the purposes explained in the Privacy Policy. This is not permission to use your face in advertising.

You can download account data and request deletion in Profile. A public account-deletion page also provides a verified deletion route. Removal of account information does not erase copies you have exported or all records independently held by suppliers or stores.

The Privacy Policy explains the limited retention exceptions. In particular, a transaction fingerprint is retained with its account link removed to prevent receipt reuse; the current system does not give that fingerprint an automatic fixed expiry. When you delete your account, Darmé notifies Perfect Corp if you used photo analysis, and OpenAI if you used the Coach, of your deletion request within 45 days, as the Privacy Policy explains. Contact Darmé for any other supplier-related request.

9. Fair use, availability, and changes

Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, reuse receipts fraudulently, access another person's data, or interfere with security. Proportionate restrictions may be imposed to address abuse, protect the service, or comply with law. You can contact support about a restriction.

The service and its suppliers can experience failures or maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Technical limitations do not remove our obligation to provide the service in accordance with applicable law.

Features or these terms may change. Material changes will be communicated appropriately, and any required agreement will be obtained. Changes do not retroactively remove mandatory rights or make consent to new data processing automatic.

10. Responsibility and complaints

We remain responsible for obligations imposed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, intentional misconduct, or mandatory consumer and data-protection obligations. No guaranteed cosmetic result is promised.

Disclaimer. To the extent permitted by law, Darmé is provided "as is" and "as available". Cosmetic readings, Coach answers and product suggestions are general information that can be incomplete or wrong; they are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and you remain responsible for how you use products. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that a product will suit your skin.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, BIIOUI DIGITAL - FZCO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of Darmé, and its total liability for any claim relating to Darmé is limited to the amount you paid for Darmé in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded as described above.

Email contact@darme.app with the subject “Darmé complaint,” describe the issue, and include a relevant account or order reference. You may request reconsideration by replying with “Darmé appeal.” This process does not prevent you from approaching an authority or bringing a claim under applicable law.

These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive class-action rights, or deprive you of mandatory protections or available courts in your place of residence. Where Apple's standard end-user license terms apply to the downloaded app, these service terms supplement rather than displace mandatory store requirements.

11. App store terms

If you downloaded Darmé from Apple's App Store, you and BIIOUI DIGITAL - FZCO acknowledge that:

Google Play purchases are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
